Pray before you scroll

Your worst habit becomes the doorway to your best one.

You already reach for these around 150 times a day. Pick the ones that pull you under. Before they open, Breath Prayers meets you with three breaths and a verse. The habit you couldn’t break starts building the one you always wanted.

Three breaths
Breath Prayers
Calm. Grounded.
Mindful of things above.
Colossians 3:2
150turnings to your phone a day
3breaths before the feed
An ancient practice

One verse. One breath. Again, until it’s written on your heart.

Peace & Rest · Psalm 46:10
Breathe in and pray:
“Be still and know”
Hold
Breathe out and pray:
“that You are God”
Inhale
“Be still and know”

Slow your body. The first half of the verse rides in on the breath.

Hold
rest in it

A beat of stillness. Let the words land before you let them go.

Exhale
“that You are God”

Quiet your mind. The second half goes out with the breath, and the worry with it.

Repeat · Under a minute
Amen.

Three breaths, one verse. Prayed, not just read.

A rhythm, not a resolution

Become someone who prays. A few breaths at a time.

Habits are built at the edges of the day. Breath Prayers puts Scripture there: the last thing at night, the first thing in the morning, and in place of the feed. Not more hours. More turnings.

First thought · 7:00 AM

Wake to Scripture

Pray before you pick up the phone. The verse walks into the day with you.

Midday reset

A breath between meetings

Sixty seconds to come back to Him when the day runs ahead of you.

Before you scroll

Three breaths, then decide

The feed can wait. Choose the apps; Breath Prayers meets you first.

Last thought · 9:30 PM

Fall asleep praying

Turn a verse over instead of the day. Rest better; rest in Him.

The peace that stays
“Come near to God and He will come near to you.”
James 4:8

Slow breathing settles your body. Praying Scripture grounds your soul. The calm isn’t the point. It’s what happens when you turn toward Him.

Why we built this

We wanted to pray more. What we actually did was scroll more. Every day ended the same way... phone in hand, Jesus somewhere at the back of our mind, and the quiet time that never came.

Breath Prayers changed that, not by adding more time to the day, but by borrowing the moments that were invisible. Three breaths before the scrolling. A verse as we fell asleep. It turns out “praying without ceasing” was never about more time. It's about turning mind toward God instead of our phones.

Breath Prayers is brand new. If you download it this month, you’re one of the first to build this rhythm with us.
